2. Pricing & Taxes
All prices for Local, International, and Freelancer plans are mentioned clearly on our website. Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which will be displayed at checkout.
3. Invoice
After a successful payment, users will receive an automated invoice via email. Invoices are also available in the user dashboard under “Billing”.
4. Security
- We do not store customer card details on our servers.
- All payments are encrypted and processed through secure 128-bit/256-bit SSL connections.
- Glocals Jobs follows all compliance requirements for online transactions.
5. Subscription Validity
Plans are valid for the duration mentioned in the plan description. Plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly mentioned. Users will receive reminders before expiry.
6. Fraud & Misuse

- Misuse of candidate data
- Freelance project fraud
- Payment disputes or chargebacks without valid reason
Glocals Jobs reserves the right to block accounts, restrict access, or cancel services without refund in such cases.
We take fraud very seriously and also offer a Fraud Review Community for user safety.
Our services include digital products (job listings, career tools, premium candidate services, subscription plans). Since these provide instant access, please verify all details before completing payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy – Glocals Jobs
1. Cancellation Policy
- Once a user purchases any plan, the activation is instant, therefore the plan cannot be cancelled.
- Glocals Jobs reserves the right to cancel or deactivate services in case of misuse, fraud, or violations. No refund will be issued in such cases.
2. Refund Policy
- A payment is deducted but the plan is not activated due to a technical error.
- The user is charged twice for the same service.
- The user’s payment has been successfully made, but services have not been delivered within 24 hours.
